Mohit Aswani-Tirathdas

Graduate Engineer

Born in Gibraltar, I am proud and excited to have the opportunity to give back to the community. Working at NOSA has given me the tools to contribute to the built environment, and I have already been involved in many residential and leisure projects, steadily progressing towards my goal of Chartership. I spent four amazing years at the University of Bath, achieving my MEng in Civil Engineering. Whilst there, I am proud to have completed two dissertations and competing in the prestigious TED Happold Project and winning 2nd place for my team’s masterplan for a University of Oxford campus. In between studies, I took a year out to work as Construction Delivery Lead for the Hinkley Point C project, where I gained invaluable experience in site management, project management and Health & Safety. Alongside this, I achieved IOSH and CSCS certification for site manager HS&E training.

My passion for structural engineering derives from my love for creating, from an idea, to concept sketches, to execution. This runs through my hobbies outside of work, where I enjoy painting, digital art and woodworking. I also love to travel and immersing myself in different cultures for inspiration.
